Best GYM in the city, let alone boxing gym. Great people, extremely helpful and knowledgeable staff. This place is the best - try it out.

Been going here for almost 2 years now. They've got great classes that will get you in shape while teaching you some real boxing skills. Instructors are also very helpful and friendly.

I've been doing the soccer classes at United Athletics and have absolutely been loving it. The classes are great, good balance of fitness and conditioning training mixed with drills to improve technique. But the best part is that its always done in a fun manner you forget your even working out because its such a great atmosphere from start to finish. If your looking for something different than your typical gym experience, they will give you the individual attention to help you reach your fitness goals.

I do soccer training at United Athletics and LOVE it! My soccer skills have improved insanely since I've started but the best part is all the people who both work and train there. Everyone is so welcoming, it feels like a little community. If you're looking for an alternative to a big chain gym with a row of treadmills and ellipticals, than I highly suggest this place! It is one-on-one attention for whatever result you're looking for from working out!

I was looking for a gym near my house and happened to be walking by United Athletics. I took advantage of the introductory special. I was impressed with the genuinely  friendly and professional atmosphere. Now I go at least three times a week and it is often the highlight of my day. The instructors are as excited as I am to reach my weight loss and fitness goals and they give me lots of focused attention and encouragement to help me be successful. It's an awesome place and has a sincere vibe that I've found is lacking in all the other west end gyms I've been to.
