I've had great service here! I was pretty annoying with one package: I had to take one item out of a box after already taping it up, paying, and sending it to the back. Then, later in the day, I came back with a different item (same size) that I actually needed in the box after it had been taped up AGAIN. I felt really bad, but they didn't mind at all and it got sent out completely fine and made it to its destination right when I was told it would.

the blonde female employee was very disrespectful and unprofessional she did not have good customer service skills. she cursed at her customer because she was in the wrong. because of her i will not be going back to this store. she should be fired

I use this particular location for business purposes and they are excellent. I have never had a single issue. And I absolutely love the UPS employees that work here! They are always really friendly, helpful, and courteous.

I always get greeted the moment I walk in. The girls are always smiling. Even when there is a line the staff keeps it moving. I love the atmosphere the girls have here. Especially Destinee.

This is completely and utterly incompetent. The workers show little regard to the quality of work that is produce and do not care for customer service. I will never be  owing here again and neither should anyone.
