This place is basically a scam.  They don't give you the full story and continuously add fees when shipping, after they've taken your package and it's too late.  When receiving you call UPS and have them send it to the store and they don't tell you that there is an additional cost for this inconvenience.

I have to go there frequently for my business. The staff can be brisk but they're always courteous.  They're knowledgeable and  they've always been helpful to me in finding the best combination  of  shipping rates and time.  They'll also take clean bags of packing peanuts if you have a lot.

Unprofessional
The worst store ever , they don't send the packages at the same day , 
they forget it , unless you follow up with them , they will forget it .

The best shipping service and customer experience you will get anywhere in the area! The employees on staff at this location are most friendly, helpful people I have encountered and I've always left feeling at ease that my shipment was taken care of!  Couldn't recommend it more!

This place runs a scam. 

The only way to print is to pay money upfront and the pic is slow and fails to recognize the device.

They then said they can't print through my USB and charged me 3 dollars just to tell me.

The man then rudely refused to refund the money telling me it's "their system"

I will be asking my cc company to reverse the charges and reporting this location for this scam.
