I walked up to the store at 9 am on a Saturday morning, saw that the lights were on, and the sign on the door indicated that they opened at nine. I opened the door and stepped in, and was greeted by the woman behind the register barking at me that the store would open in three minutes. I waited outside until they allowed me in at 9:05. I explained that j needed help trying to send a return via UPS, and I was having an issue because the UPS driver at my work would not take the package. The OWNER of the store, Robert Forrest, told me that my I had to deal with UPS, not The UPS Store and that there was nothing he could do for me. Better service shipping via UPS is available from Office Depot in the same shopping center.
