The staff is extremely knowledgeable about UPS shipping policies and very uncooperative when asked for references (even when I presented UPS shipping policy to them verbatim, they still refused receipt of my package).  The service and the experience was horrendous; will not be going here again.

I spent 40.00 on sending some packages and then they refused to let my 3 year old use the potty. What is up with businesses not letting paying customers use the potty. I don't know exactly what time I need to go potty much less my 3 year old. My daughter peed her pants in the car. Thanks a lot UPS, have some human decency please.

lost my package. i lost $250 in total. i'm so upset that after i valued it they still didn't put insurance on it, the invoice was wrong and now all is lost, and there is nothing to do. i will never go back. just make sure you cover everything and  keep your paper work make sure everything is right, before you hand it over to them. one star just cause i cant leave them blank

This UPS location is amazing the staff are wonderful very friendly and care about their job I would highly recommend this location to anybody for their shipping needs.
