High five for a great staff. This is a locally owned and operated facility that deals with UPS but is NOT corporate run. Problems with drivers should be reported to corporate and not reflected upon local owner operators.

If you're used to the awesome service typical of UPS stores you should go elsewhere. 

Unlike many UPS stores I've been to this one does not offer the ability to print a document you emailed them such the packing slip or label. I also waited in line while the one employee working stood and waited for what seemed to be his friend to finish a series of phone calls regarding his shipment. 

What kind of business center can't open email attachments? I was told it's because their computers got a virus once.. 

The upside is that my package was shipped and received even after dealing with the employee's attitude, who seemed to be having a bad day.

Our driver calkwd me dirty Mexican and spit in my face, my husband very angry so we only use FedEx. The driver name I think is William but very hurtful words.
