UPS is worst than the United States post office. Horrible customer service and said a package was delivered when it was actually lost!

I go in and every time there is one  young  lady that  helps me out short young  lady reddish hair, very  friendly , very nice, always helpful. ..always knows what I need,..anytime I go in and if she isn't working, its so sad because every one else is so rude, and unpleasant  and doesn't want to help at all. They are always busy talking or  on there phones rather then help the customers.  But it's young  ladies  like her...I always forget to catch her name...but she always has a smile on her face and a great attitude.  And so helpful. ..next time I go in I will get her name.
