I have used this UPS store for 17 years and, let me tell you, this is one of the best UPS stores you will ever find.  Don, the owner, is amazing and ALWAYS helpful.   He will be able to help you with just about anything you need when it comes to shipping.  His staff is great and always friendly.  They have been an essential part of my business and will continue to be so.  Thank you!!!

I walked into the UPS store with a 50 lb box and told the man behind the counter that I had four more in my car. He rolled his eyes and mumbled something while I waited for him to offer to help or at least say something. All he said was I'm not going to scan them until all the boxes are in here. I received no help whatsoever carrying the other four boxes into the store in 90 degree heat from either of the employees. After I carried all the boxes in myself, the man complained about having to find a space to put them in. Absolutely awful customer service.
