WORST UPS STORE NATIONWIDE - DRIVE ELSEWHERE! AVOID!!!! Tendered a overnight package package to them in the morning, they forgot to tender it to UPS and screwed me and my customer up, did not keep my high value documents claiming the driver took them, he did not, when I talked to UPS they told me that the only fault lies with them and they do not acknowledge that it was solely their fault, i am going to small claims and I will get your punishment, this is a very badly run franchise store and I beg you all go elsewhere, he needs to be put out of business!

Went there last week to ship a big package. Guy there is very unfriendly and lazy, first he told me that there is no box big enough for a stroller. After I pointed out a few boxes to him, a woman from the back came and helped, but she was on the phone,while he just stood there doing nothing and listening to her conversation over the phone. Finally I asked him if he could just charge me? Used my debit card, he told I removed it too fast. Used it for the second time l, he said it declined. Paid cash and left. Now my credit card has two charges..on top of the cash I paid. Basically paid $75 for a BOX! As I had a prepaid label! Filed a dispute, NEVER going back there again!

I'm on a website where you can sell and buy music gear, much of it is vintage. Depending on who is helping you at this UPS store can be efficient and helpful. but there are 2 clerks that are "very unprofessional" and gives out false info or non at all which makes shipping expensive vintage items very scary and very frustrating. One clerk stays on her cell phone and will not acknowledge you when you do a drop off which is ok but makes you leave with a doubt of proper service. They use the same employees in the Montrose store but it's not as bad. It's a good day when these 2 clerks are not there. No other choices in the area and I've been using this store before the Starbucks was there next door. I finally need to say something after today.

Usually my experience has been OK; except for the occasional excessive waiting due to slowness; but, recently, on my last visit, a worker there did not want to give me a receipt. I told him I need to have a receipt, even if the transaction is reflected immediately on amazon, etc. I practically, insisted nearly 7 times and had to say please give me a receipt, and finally, he decided to give me one while telling me it's not necessary. Well, it's necessary for me. I didn't like that at all. So, I'm not going back there again; unless I find out what hours he is not going to be there.

Went there to get a document notarized at 10:11am, on a Wednesday. The business hours are 8:30am to 7pm. The doors are locked. There is one person all the way in the back of the store who shot me a quick glance and decided to ignore me by continuing to move packing materials around. This disregard to help a paying customer is unacceptable. Never going back there again.
