Closer to 4 or 5 stars for the employee's friendliness and service. However, 2 stars for costs.  This store charges an exorbitant amount of money for small jobs. My fault, as I should have verified before purchase. I simply wanted a 41 page document scanned and emailed to me. $31 later, I had my document!! $31!! The job took 3 min. Literally. I realize that part of the costs is equipment (not free), over head (not free) etc. But $31 to scan 41 pages?? That is criminally high. On another occasion, we had an important and timely document that needed Notarizing. There were 10 stamps from the notary. $50 for that! ($5 PER STAMP)..... I will certainly drive out of my way to go elsewhere from now on. Shame on me as I didn't learn my lesson the first time.

Ladies up front are sweet and courteous. Older gentlemen who I assume is the manager was rude and insinuated I, the customer was in the wrong. I submitted an online print order last night at 8 pm. Yes, after store closing. I expected to pick up the 10 single sided non bleed copies by noon the next day. Manager told me that they needed 8 hours and I should have called. It took less that 5 minutes to print with me standing there! If he had put in half the effort to print my copies rather than print a screen shot of my order on the computer to prove I was in the wrong...wouldn't have this problem. Learn some customer service! Will be going elsewhere.

This UPS store might as well have their employees Beg for money outside the store. They charged my son $1.00 for 2 inches of tape. 
It’s very sad for a business this huge to charge for 2 inches of tape just to seal the flap on a box. 
What kind of an IDIOT manager runs this place?

These folks are absolutely the best. I never have to worry about my print jobs being done on time and professionally. Emily deserves big kudos for always staying on top of things for me and even rushing orders when I have procrastinated :-/ and need stuff quickly. Mike and the rest of the staff are super considerate and all of them always make sure I know about specials and get the best bang for my buck.  I bring all my print work to them and refer them often. I even had them make a beautiful photo collage for my (late) Mom's 80th birthday. They took such care to make it look great. Now that she's gone, I will treasure it forever thanks to the time they took to make it look just right. Can't say enough positive things about them!!!!

Folks are friendly and service was good.  My order was ready and accurate.  I didn't know it would cost $3.30 for two black and white copies but the service was good and order was correct.
