Amazing customer service! They are always very helpful trying to track your packages.. They have computer rentals as well if you need it.. They have printing and photo copying too! They also have personalized products for your events or companies.. Just wish they are open late specially on weekends.. But their staff are always very open and accommodating!

Had to ship a few documents overseas and wasn’t really sure how to handle everything. The staff at the front were very helpful and went over everything with me; listed prices for the methods of shipment and advised me on what would be the best bet. Also the prices for printing documents are pretty competitive.

UPS driver didn’t even try to deliver my package to my apartment! I waited all day, and instead, I go downstairs to walk my dog and see a “sorry we missed you” note! Didn’t try buzzing me, didn’t even try calling! I called UPS and they told me he will try delivering tomorrow, but it started on the paper that I have to pick it up.. get your act together UPS

The worst UPS store ever!  They never answer their phone or get back to you if you leave a message.  They are not organized or have any professional customer service experience at all!  My advise to head office is to either fire the whole staff especially the manager or close this store completely...

Unprofessional, Unorganized, Defensive, Couldn't care less. Got a call from UPS on Friday that your package will be delivered to your address after 5PM on Tuesday. I waited for the call or delivery but none happened. On Wednesday got a call from this store location that your package is with us and you have to pick it up (without they even trying to deliver to my address). Went to the location and asked for my package and they couldnt find my package saying that might be with the driver. Refused to help me locate the driver or the package saying that they wouldn't know anything and they don't know who called me. Pathetic.
