Horrible service.  They damaged a package, the contents fell out and it was never delivered.  That was in March.   I have been seeking the reimbursement since then, 40 phone calls, various emails. Sent receipts for the value. Have gotten excuse after excuse. Acting manager Steve has never followed up so started pursuing the General Manager Jeremy.  Have left him 11 messages starting on July 29; no return call.  Spoke to corporate today and was told they issued the check to the store $104.14 since on August 12; still not provided to me.  *****DO NOT USE DON NOT TRUST

I frequently visit this store for everything from shipping to copying to paper shredding and more. I have never had a bad experience with any store associate or manager. Everyone always has a smiling face, and is warm and inviting. This store is truly a treasure!

Franz was apparently dismissed from the company according to what I was told. Having said that, who goes and tells the customers sensitive information about a former employee? Sarah recently became the new manager. She is indeed the worse manager ever. She is power hungry and she does all in her reach to let the clients know that she is in charge. She is a liar, rude and nasty acting. It is so sad. If it were not for the logo of U.P.S., this particular store would have been shut down ages ago.

I actually feel sorry for this store and for the manager in charge of overseeing it. He too is responsible for allowing the atrocities going on at this location to continue. I will never ever step foot in this place again, even it happened to be the last mailbox center on earth. They are a disgrace to the human race.
