Thank heavens I used Google maps to find this location. I've been down this street lots of times and I've never seen the place. I had a return with a prepaid shipping label so I just walked in and dropped it off. I knew I needed an ID because it said so when I looked for locations. There wasn't another customer in there. So I thought it was fine.

Worst customer service. Very inconsistent with procedures. I will now drive 20 minutes out of my way in order to avoid this location.

Want to drop off a Amazon return quickly? Not here, they make you stand in line with everyone else and require ID to send the package out.

They blame UPS for requiring the ID which is a lie, UPS has no ID requirement for people using pre-printed labels or shipping from an account.

I drive across town to avoid these people.

I had to send some meds to my son in college.  Post office said they could not federal laws.  That size package would have be about $22.  They suggested UPS.  They were able to do it for $8.57 delivery next morning and the cashier was very helpful and nice.  Looks like I have a to go place for future shipping.
