I went to this UPS to return a package for Amazon, they were humidifiers that weren't working, as I placed the items on the counter some water leaked out. I was there with my two sons ages 3 & 2.  Obviously, I am busy. The owner took it upon herself to humiliate me and tell me with a loud voice that the next time I bring humidifiers to make sure they are emptied, that she just purchased a new weighing machine. Then she started to "correct" my 3 year old son by telling him if he touched the bubble wrap and it broke that I'm going to have to pay for it. I have a feeling that if my husband walked in there with a return and 2 boys that she probably would of treated him like father of the year. I never felt so humiliated in my life and I never thought that my children would have to experience or see something like this.I understand that it was busy but I don't think this is customer care at all. I will never be back at this local UPS store.

I'd like to add that the man who helped me with my transaction was a very helpful and understanding person considering the circumstances.

Lastly, this is the first time I ever wrote a review on anyone or any company. I don't have the time nor do I have the desire, my hope is that in this review the owner will understand how she treated me in front of my children was unacceptable and I hope her or her children (if she has any) won't have to experience this.

I use this location for my business mailbox. They are incredible. Responsive, accurate, and friendly. Huge multiplier for the small business!!

Always a smile, friendly english speaking folks who are efficient helpful and courteous.  I have never waited more than 3 minutes at this location!

I've been here twice with my arms full of letters, packages, and such. I always need help since I don't mail items frequently. I worked with a different person each time; both were excellent! Super fast, friendly, and very helpful. Best UPS location I have been to.
