My local UPS in North Haven is horrible. I have been dealing with lazy drivers and multiple rude managers for years. The drivers never deliver my package when they are suppose to. They always write delivery attempt meanwhile I'm sitting at home waiting for my package. I call UPS Customer Service and they are completely useless. If I had a choice I would NEVER use UPS.

They made the mistake of putting the state and zip code wrong but the rest of the address correct so when they give me the papers to check it out I didn't check the state or zip code, and I got the package sent it back, and I went back because first why they have to put the address incorrectly when I showed a picture of the address and now I gotta pay 56 dollars again just because the girl that took care of me didn't know how to read and put the address correctly from the beginning

I have been a customer for many years and have always been extremely satisfied with the workI have had done here. Jim is a great manager and his staff are always helpful.

The staff is friendly, courteous and knowledgeable.  They are well trained and always helpful.  You can tell that the owner takes pride in his business and is hands-on as well as cares about his customers.
