Very friendly and helpful employees when I have gone three times. Fair prices and plenty of options for shipping.

I depend on these folks to get all the stuff I send to the grandkids all over the country, safe secure and exactly when they say it will arrive.

Called this location and asked how much to send a guitar wrapped in Neon, they gave me a price that I could agree with. Went to store, young lady set everything up, charged my card and as I was ready to leave some trashy rude woman comes from the back saying they can't send it. This woman, not dressed for work mind you rants and raves that they can't send neon, that it's not allowed thru UPS. When I called UPS they told me it's not true, they also stated this isn't first complaint with this store. I asked woman for receipt and like a child she starts to hand it to me and as I went to grab she pulled back out of my hand. Wow.........I will never use this trashy location again.

This little store is always full of traffic but the staff is exceptionally fast and always helpful.  They are also very friendly and do what they can to lessen your expenses.  A+
