This UPS store and Julius are my "go to" place for shipping and sending faxes and has been for years.  The staff is friendly, knowledgeable and hardworking.

I have rented a box for my business from Julius at the UPS location in Casa Grande for a couple years.  They provide a great service by providing a physical address to receive mail and packages and then forward them to me as needed since I travel all over the country.  

I also have rental property in Casa Grande.  Julius worked with me so that my tenants could drop off an envelope address to me (without postage).  My tenants appreciate the ability to get their payment in on-time without having to rely on the mail system.  

Summary: This UPS store makes my business better.

Very poor customer service here, from the manager to the girl behind the register (who kept over-talking her mgr) 
I went to this UPS store to pack a box for me and they said they did not have a box that would fit my item, that I would need a box at least 14"x24"x60". It is a item at 35 lbs and was large ...this I understood. This is why I went to UPS, they had helped me before with packing oversized items so I had the expectation that they could help me again and also that they specialize in the packing and shipping business. 
Julius (manager/owner?) said they did not have a box that size, but last time I shipped an item larger than their Largest box, (the UPS off of Florence blvd.) simply joined 2 boxes together and charged me for packing it and the 2 boxes it took. This time at this Pinal ave. location Julius said they can not and will not do that. I then asked if I can then order a box online the size I needed or a size that they could work with. At least then I could still have it packed and ship my item. The answer was no again, they even laughed.

I am not a shipping expert, but just a week ago I received a 5' x 3' x 3' gun safe that UPS shipped and the driver even brought it to my door off a regular UPS route in a regular UPS van, it was well beyond 50 lbs! That box had three parts, a top, a bottom and the middle, UPS shipped that. 

So when going in now to get a 60"x 24"x 14", 35 lbs item packed and shipped and told no....I just did not understand. The measurements fall within UPS guidelines (under 108" in length) (under 165" lenth and girth), it is not so big it needs freight shipping, it should not be an unreasonable request and not when that store is suppossed to be the experts in packing and shipping.

What made this experience even worse than being refused, was that I really felt they simply did not want to mess with it. Also, instead of offering me solutions, because I asked, the manager cracked jokes, stating he could probably "find" someone who would pack it in a box for me with $200 cash (his 2 crew laughing behind him) and then he said he would ship it for me and charge me another $300 too, laughing. 
I really felt the jokes were unnecessary as I stood there at a loss of how to ship my item. 

I ended up at the UPS store off Florence blvd not only did they helped me, but I showed up at 6:02pm as they were locking up. Lisa at this UPS asked if I had something to drop off and she let me in and we got my item shipped out. OUTSTANDING serviceat the Florence Blvd UPS store! 
BY ALL MEANS AVOID THE UPS STORE OFF OF PINAL AVE. The managment there has poor business and customer service skills and it has also rubbed off on the employees below him.
