Some of the most friendly and helpful around. I have other UPS store mailboxes and have consistently found caring, honest, and staff that goes out of their way to assist me! This branch is awesome!

The reviews are true.  Worst customer service ever. Had very specific packing instructions from the manufacturer that they would not do. Said he didn't want the job and would not ship for us.
Went down the street and got it done no problem, with a smile even!

The good reviews must be fake! My experience was like most of the real reviews, not good. However at least I didn't have to drive back to Portland to be treated so rude.
