Stopped by on my way to work this morning to pick up a package for our business. The young, blonde man working the counter was a nightmare to deal with. My tracking number said that the package was there ready for pick up, so I was confused to why it wasn't at the store. He refused to look up the package I was searching for, refused to give me a phone number to call for help, and was short and irritated with me for asking for help. This is the 2nd bad experience we have had with this kid, I'd be embarrassed to have him working in my store.

Staff is very helpful. Notary service is very reasonable but doesn't apply to real estate.  They did refer me to a local who could handle.  Much appreciated as we are new to area! Used this location twice and happy on both visits.

Shipped a phone, asked them what I should do, they put it in a  package and sent it without having me write my information or anything, just the sticker as to where to send it. I didn't have to pay for anything and they asked if I wanted a receipt, I said no because I didn't pay for it. They don't tell you that the receipt includes the shipping number. It's been 3 weeks, I called them to ask if I could get the information for the package I sent and they told me that it doesn't save to their system and they can't do anything about it. They said "You should've gotten your receipt, we ask if you want one or not" they don't tell you anything. Very unprofessional.
Edit: Called their cooperate office and I was told that they can find it, called the store again to find it and was told that they cannot. They told me they were privately owned and when I asked to talk to the owner or manager they said that they can't help with my problem and when I asked to talked to them about a complaint they hung up on me.

How stupid is the people that run this co.pany that they dropped off my package to a completly different address...

No notary service during the weekend. An asterisk should be denoted by their advertisement of "notary service" so people wouldn't waste their time in going there during the weekends.
