YOU GUYS ROCK!!!
This store is the best when it comes to customer service and reliability.  Maria, Petra and Anjelica are always pleasant, knowledgeable and willing to go the extra mile!  I have watched them handle customers with integrity and professionalism time and time again.  Unfortunately, some people confuse the STORE with UPS in general and unfairly criticize the wrong entity.  Thank you ladies for all your hard work and true awesomeness! :)

I want to give negative stars. I was sending a gift to my nephew in Pagosa springs . I was called by the UPS store in Durango letting me know they could not deliver to a PO box. She said they could send it to the store in Pagosa it would be easier. When the lady called from the Pagosa UPS store she told me they would be charged $5. I found this absurd as I was sending a gift. I said fine, but asked for the number to customer service to complain. This woman lost it. She said the lady in Durango was horrible and never told people the truth. She then told me I was threatening her, I was horrible and ugly, she was sending my package back and hung up on me. I was shocked how rude this woman was. After reading further reviews it seems this is how they choose to treat people. What a horrible place to do business.

I have lived here In Pagosa Springs for 2 years. Petra and the staff have always been very kind and patient with me and many of the other regular customers at this location. What I have witnessed is that many people will come unprepared and will demand things that are not within UPS standards. This staff has always given me a positive experience that the Local Postal office has yet to show. They could learn some things from these ladies. Thank you Ladies for all you do!

UPS service is the worst. Even when promised to have my package delivered as addressed twice they didn't. I was promised again to have it delivered to this UPS store and when I asked the owner where my package was she couldn't offer any help. When confronted about where and why it wasn't delivered all the owner did was get upset and asked me to leave. That she's only a franchise. So that tells me she's only there to make a buck off the millions of packages UPS handles. And to say she's only a franchise as an excuse to not deal with my missing package instead of making a call to the company she's represents to help a customer receive his package as promised.... Get this they actually charge a $5 delivery fee to bring your package from the back of the store to the front. I'll pay extra if I have to instead of ever using UPS ever again. Unless I have no other choice. And I'll never patronize this UPS store ever.
