BEST UPS STORE EVER! Well staffed, even when they were busy and all helping people, was still FAST! Everyone was kind considerate and extremely helpful. I had to ship a motor (dreadful) and Kryslin made the process so painless. So pleasant, I will always drive across town to come here because this customer service is totally worth it!! Thank you kryslin and the young man who helped me carry the motor!!

I always leave this place with a warm, fuzzy and happy feeling. I'm very impressed by their positive atmosphere, eagerness to help and how quickly they respond the moment I enter the store even when there is a crowd of people. If there were a recognition award for the best locally owned UPS store, I'd vote for this store.

I bought a shipping label and sent it to Indian embassy to ship my passport back to me. Unfortunately Indian embassy lost the shipping label I sent. I checked with UPS customer service whether they will be able to issue another shipping label since the shipment has not happened. The UPS customer representative informed that I can get a duplicate label from the tracking number from the UPS store from where the label was issued. When I inquired in this store , they advised me to buy a new label rather than issuing a copy. I don't understand why UPS store policies are different from UPS.
