I told them several times to expect my *very important* package both over the phone and in person, the lady even told me they would expect my package and despite this, they rejected it when it arrived and caused me a nightmare. The lady denied knowing about my delivery. Now my package is on it's way back to China. Would recommend against using this locations services.
