Staff was very nice! Helped my wife with several Amazon returns. Hassle free and nice folks!

AS of April, 2012 the store has become a nightmare. We've had a business account there for years. The manager didn't give a raise to the store manager (after 5 years of excellent service). So she moved on. It's chaos now. Packages delivered to the store to our name and box have been lost. Service is slow. Deliveries are not sorted same day. Staff rotates almost daily between his other UPS stores (this is the manager's decision) - so the organization and excellent service is gone. I overheard the manager tell someone he doesn't need bright employees; there is nothing to the job. The old crew worked a sweat every day and deliveries were ALWAYS on time and we never lost anything once delivered to the store. This owner is going to have a hard time keeping customers with such an anti-employee attitude. Such a shame. There are lots of other choices, one Postal Annex right across the road.
