To people who is reading this: I don't usually complain, like I usually let things go. But the experience I had here is so horrible that I want to warn everyone. A short heads-up on my case: I send out a package in mid June and purchase a tracking number. I then find out in August that my package was lost during the shipping transition process. I called called 3 different numbers to UPS corporate, UPS store and UPS customer service on 9/18 and talked to five different people, which took me 4 hours of my time, and got the answer that the store I shipped my package is liabe to me and so I went to the store today: I got there today after work and ask to speak with the manager, a kid said he could take in charge of my case, which later on apparantly he's not even the manager and he can't. Manager, finally come up to me after I had started explaining my case. In the conversation, I keep getting unbelievable answers. First of all, she said its the problem between me and UPS company, which pissed me off a lot because this is exactly the opposite of what I get the answer from UPS custom service. I called 3 different numbers to UPS corporate, UPS store and UPS customer service on 9/18 and talked to five different people, which took me 4 hours of my time, and now my problem is still not solved. Why is it so hard to figure out who is liable to me when I for sure not the first one who lost their package?? Secondly, she keep asking me why I wait for two months to check my package status, and conclude that I don't care about the package. Unbelievable logic! It's my package and whether or not I check my package the day later or two months later, it's my package and doesn't change the fact that you guys lost my thing! She keep implying me it's the customer's fault for not checking the package right away, and that leads to the lost of my package. Is this the way how UPS avoid taking responsibility? If the package got stolen after arrival,i totally understand. But when it is lost inside the whatever transporting process, aren't they supposed to know something is missing?? Moreover, she ask me if the package is important, why I didn't purchase 1 day shipping? I gotta say this do nothing about whether my packing is important or not and I have no clue why she thought this matters. Am I mad? Thirdly, UPS keep repeating telling me the company won't let me know if the package is lost. My question is, since it's in the UPS system, and Im not the one working in UPS, how would I know how many stations are my package has to go through, especially on the system, it only states it got to Cerritos, but not saying its lost! I can't believe the system doesn't not realize issue occurs when a package seat there for over two months! Forth, the manager ended up taking a photo copy of the recipe that took my $410 to apply and ask me to handwrite a clam. While I'm focusing writing the claim and my brother was trying to explain our issue, she ask him to leave and told us that we are too young and don't know what we are talking about. I don't care if she had been working there for 12 years or 200 years. I only care is if she can handle my case. Too young? Hello, is this a real response from a store manager? Lastly, the most ridiculous case in my life. I ask her if we can get a paper proof of who should be liable, she refused to provide anything because, as she state again: "I had been working for 12 years and you don't tell me what to do". I cant believe this happen at a big big company! I was claiming for the right that I deserve, and to remind, we were not blocking any other customers and it was slow at the time we were there. Totally disappointed and feel unbelievable. I'm speechless.

I love the staff here, it can get busy during peak hours but worth it.
