The customer service here is excellent! I needed to print a poster for a presentation and the manager helped me pick the perfect option and showed me exactly how to save and send my file. It turned out great!

I first interacted with this store to try and have them send a fax to my insurance company. Unfortunately, they could not figure out how the fax machine worked and tried to say the telephone number was not for faxes (worked fine at a competitor I drove to a half hour later).
The second time was an attempt to deposit a check into my USAA account. They could not get the check scanner to work.
Now,  I should have learned my lesson by this point. But they are near my house and I needed to print something up. I got a price for my document to be $12 dollars via their website. But it would not be ready for 3 days. So I drove to the location and printed it on the spot. The total had jumped to $43! Even after showing the employee that their website totaled less than $12 for the same document she was not able to correct the price difference. 
For a cherry on top, she charged me a $2 computer use fee for loading the document from my flash drive!
I will be using the Kinkos across town, I recommend you do the same.

I've got nothing but good things to say about this location. They often seem VERY busy...but have always been helpful, good natured, and have treated me with courtesy.
