Very professional and efficient always courteous when it involves business. A pleasure to deal with, the store is managed with quality service, in the many years that I used this store, I never had a problem. and also i like the owner sandeep , very helpful and cooperative person.

The UPS store employee Sandeep did not release my package claiming that my name is not matching the shipping label info even though i had provided DL with matching delivery address. It took me two days to release the package then i found he only needed ID with proper address no name match was required. He played an idiot and was bitching next day when i mentioned that he could have asked tracking number instead of asking name. Very unprofessional staff that has to be retrained!

Sandeep offers a personal touch and is an expert multi-tasker!!! He never keeps me waiting while taking care of his other customers. Love working with him!!!
