Debbie helped me through what I thought was an insurmountable problem in an incredibly timely manner. I will absolutely be visiting the UPS store in Lake Placid for all of my future printing needs.

Jeff went above and beyond to help me print an oversized project.  I couldn't get the formatting right and he worked on it during non-work hours to help me.  So kind and I received exactly what I needed!

I had the single worst experience with this UPS store that I have ever had.  
First they ignored the packing instructions I had provided
Then my item experienced over $1000 in damage
Then the store accused me of attempting to defraud them
Then they hung up on me and would not return emails or phone calls
THIS STORE IS NOT RECOMMENDED GO ANYWHERE ELSE
