AVOID: Today, just now, was my second visit in the past year or so, only because it’s the closest location to my home. But I’m always required to wait in line (both times I have been the first and only person in line) an unreasonable amount of time due to their inefficiency or lack of urgency. And both times I have left Unfulfilled after arriving here with an understanding, leaving with a corrected understanding of cost or other critical detail regarding a service they offer. Same manager, but different underlyings who obviously haven’t been working there for very long.

Although I may have signed the legal documents for international delivery, I was never informed of Customs delays or Customs fees. Nor was I advised that my 2-day delivery, which turned into 6 days, would be handled Black Cat after Customs. The local office was little help in trying to explain the delay. After I placed a request for refund with the store, I was told I'd hear from UPS, not them. Wrong again, according to UPS Corporate. I like UPS, just not this store.
