This place truly knows how to deliver an exceptional dining experience! From the moment we walked in, the vibe was quite vibrant to say the least. We kicked off our meal with the Millionaire Margaritas. For appetizers, the Firecracker Salmon Bites exploded with flavors, while the Southern Deviled Eggs brought a different twist that I was okay with because I am not a deviled egg person.  Our mains were nothing short of spectacular. Listen… that Baked Mac and Cheese was creamy and packed with rich, cheesy goodness.. huge fan. The Southern Plate was good as well. However, the star for me was undoubtedly the Pan-Seared Salmon and Crab Fried Rice.. truly "the bomb"  AND to add to our wonderful meal was the outstanding service. The manager, whose name escapes me, was simply AMAZING! His frequent check-ins made us feel valued and cared for, akin to celebrity treatment. His attentiveness and professionalism significantly enhanced our evening.  Overall, The Bank Restaurant is a must-visit venue for anyone looking for a top-tier dining experience. Great food, fantastic drinks, and stellar service—we’ll definitely be back whenever we’re in the area.

This review is long overdue, I live minutes from here and I literally drive by it every day, I often see the parking lot full so I assumed it was a good time and was surprised to learn that not only is it a restaurant but it is an event space as well! Inside the venue is really appealing, the event space and the restaurant are on two different sides of the building.  There is literally a huge vault that lets you inside, and it is perfect for a social media picture, I honestly think that is the allure for a lot of people to come here lol. I didn't go inside the event space side they were having a ticketed event at the time. The restaurant, however, is very elegant. It was not as big as I thought it would be, was very intimate, and that is not a bad thing. Service was good, I went for brunch on a Saturday, and I did not have a reservation or anything but was seated right away.  There was no line and no hassle, but the place was filled with people. The waitress was knowledgeable and gave us suggestions for food.  Everything came out very quickly, and that's always a plus! The food was good, I had the fish and grits as well as the chicken and red velvet cake waffles.  The taste of the food was not jaw dropping, it was pretty standard taste wise, but I enjoyed it.  I think the food is good value for what you pay, and they do have other things on the menu that I would like to try. All in all, I would definitely recommend anyone to check it out.

We recently had the pleasure of dining at The Vault @ The Bank Event Center, and I must say, it exceeded all expectations. The atmosphere was simply stunning, with a large, beautifully appointed space that set the stage for an unforgettable evening. Since we had our daughter with us, we opted for the main dining area, which provided the perfect balance of elegance and comfort. From the moment we stepped in, we knew it was going to be a special experience.Now, let's talk about the food. It was nothing short of excellent. Each dish was carefully crafted and bursting with flavor, showcasing the skill and creativity of the chef. From appetizers to dessert, every bite was a delight.  But what truly made our dining experience exceptional was the stellar service, particularly thanks to Ms. Desiaray. She paired us with Carringron who was like a magician, anticipating our needs before we even realized them. Her attention to detail and genuine warmth made us feel incredibly welcome and pampered.Overall, our evening at The Vault @ The Bank Event Center was nothing short of spectacular. With its amazing atmosphere, delicious food, and top-notch service, it's easy to see why we'll be rushing back for more. A+ all the way.

We visited tonight and the food and service was awesome. When you arrive there is a security in the parking lot, so your vehicle is safe, and there is no paid parking. This is a plus and other restaurants should take note. After we proceeded in, the hostess found our reservation and seated us. We waited about 15-20 minutes for a server. Once the manager was made aware of the wait, he along with our server went over and beyond to make us feel comfortable. I wish I had gotten her name but she was dark skin and slim. The environment was chill and relaxed. The oxtail and fried crab and rice was delicious.

I struggled with writing this review because I didn’t want to expose this INCREDIBLY AMAZING restaurant!! I wanted to keep it all to myself!! When I tell you that I LOVE this restaurant!! Please believe me! Everything AND I do EVERYTHING is perfect about it! The parking lot is huge, parking is plentiful, and most importantly FREE!! Did you hear me??? I SAID IT’S FREE!  Next, when you walk in there is security and a metal detector at the door! SAFETY is paramount, so don’t come in here with shenanigans!  Also, you better make a reservation because this restaurant stays popping!  It is a beautifully decorated restaurant with lots of TVs, great music, and a large bar. The servers, staff, management, and owners are super COOL, FRIENDLY, PROFESSIONAL, and HELPFUL. My food always comes out piping hot and fresh and my cocktails are consistently delicious!! Now speaking of food let’s get into it…  I’ve been here 4 times and each time I’ve ordered the Catfish. For brunch, I order the Catfish and Grits with the Strawberry Lemonade Waffles!! Babyyyyy! My catfish is always crispy, grits creamy, and that Roux is to die for!! They need to put that roux in a cup with a straw and sale it as a cocktail!  I went for dinner once and ordered the Catfish, Mac N Cheese, and Greens!! The greens were so flavorful and tender, I was sucking on the greens! Lawd Hammercy!! I told the manager the only thing missing was a muffin to sop up the potlikker. Lo and behold in their usual over and beyond fashion, they brought me some!!  My partner ordered the Turkey Wings and they were falling off the bone tender! All in all this place is amazing! Service exceptional! Food delicious!! Cocktails decadent!! My favorites are The Heist, Cash Me Out, & the Millionaire Bellini!  I could go on and on about how much I love this restaurant! But I’m going to wrap it up! Lastly, if you’re looking for an event space, they have an enormous and beautiful event space located behind a bank vault door!

My daughter took us here for Mother’s Day 2024. Really nice ambiance, the staff was very friendly and the place is immaculate! The food came out really quick and it was really tasteful! I had the catfish and grits, she had jerk chicken and waffles. The chicken were full sized, whole wings! The whole place is beautiful down to the bathroom. Highly recommend!

The food was amazing. It was a nice vibe as well. It wasn’t crowded inside and everything came out super fast. I can’t remember the name of the drink we shared, but it was for four ppl and it cost $60. It was so strong, that was all me and hubby needed. Hookah was on point too. Shoutout to Sheen and Dom for their excellent service.

Food: The food was exceptional. I had the salmon and crab and rice with a side of lobster mac & cheese, and my Honey had the seafood pasta. He said he would save some for the next day because it’s a large portion, but he ate all of it. My friend got the whole fried snapper, and I tasted it. It was divine.  Thoughts: The food and service were top-tier. We ate at the bar. The drink options need some work. I expect more variety and better cocktails for the price.  The food compensates, but I suggest hiring a mixologist to create some drinks that complement the food.  Make reservations and come hungry!

We had a great experience grabbing a few Christmas cocktails and some snacks. The blue Christmas cocktail was my favorite and was delicious. We tried the shrimp and grits and it was excellent. We really loved the sauce, but wish it had a few more shrimp on there.  The venue itself gives off a higher end vibe. The Christmas decorations were beautiful and the staff was super helpful.

Went here for my birthday dinner. I love this places atmosphere....gorgeous .  Go see David house manager and Banz the Vault security.  The staff was great. Food was like this. Salmon bite awesome, oxtail lots of bones and fat....flavor of gravy was good,  greens were fresh not can and great and mac and cheese....pasta very mushy and needed flavor. I will most definitely return here for drinks and salmon bites as well as great staff.
