Brian Parker was assigned to my child custody case by the Court to serve as Guardian ad Litem.  I couldn't have found a more professional and objective person than Brian. Brian is fair and very knowledgeable. His testimony and the hard work performed by the team at Vern McCray made all the difference.  Because of Brian's involvement in my case and his genuine  interest in my son's future, I was awarded full custody of my son.  I will always be appreciative of the role Brian played in uniting my family and giving my son the best possible chance at life.

I hired Vern Mccray after a warrant was issued and a bail bondsman told me to turn myself in immediately. Vern took over the case. He gave me time to pay the retainer. He negotiated with the da and the bailbondsman to wait until the following week to correct tge problem. His arguments in court were very thought out and effective.  I also missed my probation phone calls and the probation officer actually called up Verns office and extended a courtesy instead of violating me. He went over and above for me. I was very happy i hired him and recommend him to everyone. At the end of my case I asked about billing and was surprised when they refunded me 2000 of the 5000 rerainer. I definately wasnt over billed and received very honest accounting. I received half the sentence i expected and when a couple problems arose in custody they took my calls collect every time and acted immediatly to make things right. This guy is awesome as well as Tracy his office manager.. Thankyou guys for helping me when i needed it most. I recommend them to all who ask me. I feel lucky I hired them and will again if I ever need legal advice or representation. 5 stars

For a divorce case 
Brian took the $2500 retainer which ran out immediately from the other party and her attorney leaving voice mails ($250 per vm) 
Nothing was done, except a judgement where the other party recives rent paid in full by me even though currtly laid off.. never received any invoices, the secretary apparently put my address in the system wrong 3x. They charged an additional $750 for yet more vm's but other party and when I finally did receive an invoice all the break down of money owed was declared as legal fees. When questioned (several times) what the fees were for the secretary kept saying she could not open her computer. Absolutely nothing was accomplished and the money was basically stolen. Will be reporting to bar association for an investigation.

Vern and office staff are very thorough and professional. In regards to my case all staff have listened to all my concerns and provided quality responses to all my questions. After leaving my initial visit I believe I will be properly represented.

the most rude money hungry lawyer ive ever seen even there staff does not know how to treat people. They are snakes and i have not even read one descent review pretty sad
