Never been to Chicago before and needed an area to park. This place seems sketchy but it's affordable and the staff genuinely cares about their customers. It could be slightly cheaper but I'd rather pay the $30 than park on the streets. Pretty clean too but could use more lights by the cars.

As noted the price for event parking was up when i left and not when I entered. Great location.

I parked here today to go to MCL. When I pulled in and got my ticket at 2:28pm, the sign listed the normal rates (based on hours). To my surprise, when I left the garage 2 hours later, the machine said in owed $30! It was supposed to be $9 if I remember correctly. So I got out of the car to re-read the sign but there was now a hand written sign over the regular sign saying parking was $30 for a special event. IT WAS NOT THERE WHEN I ENTERED. There no way I would have parked there at that rate to see a little kid play. 
I looked for a phone number to call but of course there wasn't one to be found. I looked it up on Google but the number listed has been disconnected.
So, I will be calling my credit card company and disputing the charge.

I wish I could post -5 stars because this place takes advantage of the fact there there is very limited parking in the surrounding areas. The ticket machine was down. We called the attendent and no one came. We called the assistance line and no answer until the 3rd attempt. They said they'd send someone. One hour later we come back and they're now accepting cash only for a ridiculous price of $30! Ridiculous!

Very clean.  The garage is right across the street from The Vic.  Seems safe at night.  You can't get back in the building unless you have your parking ticket to scan.  Parking was $30 during the event. That gave me a bit of a heart attack, other than that I would consider using this garage again when attending a concert.
