Literally the worst online retail I've ever used.  Placed my order 2 weeks ago, and still haven't spoke to a customer service rep nor received a tracking number.  Apparently I need to confirm my order over the phone? Never had to do this in. My life.   Yeah they call me back, but what good is it when they call when I'm not available? I've called their customer service line about 20 times and never a customer service rep available.  I recommend you steer clear of this company.  Sent 3 emails and it seems all their emails are automated because I have not received a message that any makes sense.  Waiting one more week before I call my bank and dispute this case.
