I'm only posting this on behalf of my fiancé and friend who lived here for about 11 months. The management here is AWFUL! They are rude beyond measure and have no costumer service what so ever. All they care about is money. Do not recommend living here.

Wonderful place to live. We have never had any problems here. Management keeps this place in tip top condition. Great office and maintenance staff. They run a tight ship that I greatly appreciate. I will always recommend this as the best place to live in Bartlesville. The apartments are clean and bug free.  Love it here.

After living here for 7 years, paying rent early each month, the management was unwilling to work with my family when we moved out. We didn't terminate early but because we failed to give 30 days notice we were charged a months rent, even though it was at the end of our 12 month lease. Despite having a death in the family and other things going on the last month of our lease, they were extremly rude and unwilling to care about anything other than getting as much money as they could. Managment has no customer service whatsoever. Try a terrible experience.

One of the worst apartments you can live in! Management will lie and steal from you. For example, I had DirecTV installed in my apartment, this requires a hole drilled through the wall (small as a cable)(everyother apartment allows this)(its $50 for a hole in the wall so I was within my contract rules). It was installed for 6 months with no issues, then I came home from work one day and they cut 3ft out of my cable! No warning, no explanation (until i asked), and they finally tell me it was installed wrong and that I couldnt do that, that it is says in the Lease I have to talk to them first (it doesnt). I told them they had no right to cut my personal property and of course they claim they do. A couple weeks later they send out an addendum stating they will cut cables without warning if they are not fixed (which means when they cut mine it was illegal for them to do so). Therefore I had to cancel my DirecTV because they forced me to and they didnt pay for me to cancel my DirecTV contract early, cost me $370! We terminated our contract early because of how terrible they are. You as the Customer do not come first, only money.

I stopped by on 4/30/12 to look at one of the apartments & get info. I presented myself as such, but received no welcome or active effort to help me. I asked about noise or crime complaints & was given no clear answers only that I could have an office in NY and a plane could fly into it, so nowhere is safe. I took a drive around and was impressed at the cleanliness of all the apartment's exteriors. Not my first choice anymore, but better than others from what I've heard.
