I called The Village Flower Shoppe to order a corsage for my 4-yr old daughter's PreK graduation. Waynes' professionalism was unbelievable! He went above and beyond to make the perfect corsage that matched my daughter's dress to perfection!! The quality of the corsage and the customer service provided was amazing! Thank you Waynes and Village Flower Shoppe!!

Excellent service from counter sales person and owner of the business, Maria. Arrangement was set up beautifully. Would definitely return and recommend.

Not very impressed. They delivered flowers to someone, didn't get their name, didn't call the recipient to inform them flowers were awaiting them, just dropped the flowers off and left. which caused me an hour of phone time with 1-800-flowers trying to find out what happened. Once they put me through to The Village Flower Shoppe, all they could say was they left the flowers at a counter and didn't know who they left them with. This was @ 2PM. By 6PM the flowers arrived at my wife's desk who left at 5PM so there was no way to know if they were delivered. They said they called my wife, which was a lie, no vioce mail message, no record of the call in the phone log; and they basically told me to go deal with 1-800-Flowers. No apologies. Poor customer service. We eventually got the flowers the next day but they should really sharpen their customer service skills. They weren't very nice to deal with. Thank you Ray for the one star wr appreciate that. Thank god all our customers know the level of service we provide. Sorry that your 1800 flowers experience was terrible, next time use a local flower shop instead of a wire service and we promise you would not have this experience. Also the flowers were left on your wifes desk as per her co worker. Have a bless day Amazing!! they just don't get it. Service is service. If they deliver flowers from their own client base or through 800-flowers there should be no difference. They did a poor job in communicating and their response blames me for using 1-800-flowers!!!! . The experience with 800 flowers was fine - it was your company's execution of the order and lack of communication, AND poor customer service with me that gets you this rating. Accept the feedback and train your staff.
