I’ve been here for three years now and love it. Staff is excellent. Folks have complained about the price on here.  I highly doubt they have lived at other complexes in the area. You get what you pay for. Great place to live.

We've been here for about four months and love it! The ONLY problem is the parking... there's not assigned parking so it is fist come first swerve however there seems to never be any available spots. Around 8:00 PM they're all taken. Whenever we first moved in there was always parking spots available and now you're lucky to even park in front of the office. 

A  person who lived in the building before us had a bit of a roach problem and whenever we moved into our apartment  it seemed like a nighrmare that wouldn't end. The Staff is incredibly understanding and scheduled extermination sessions every time we called. 

Affordable prices and great staff. They're in a slow process of upgrading counters and such.  Whenever we moved in new carpet and granite counter tops were just put in.

The best place to live in Sherman. The only reason I'm having to leave is for personal reasons, or I would definitely be staying. I never hear my neighbors, it's located off a major street, the complex is kept very clean, and the staff is very helpful. Would recommend to anyone moving to the Grayson County area.

Was nice until got over on my mom and took her money when we tried to move we ended up not getting our deposit back(some atleast) 
 even though there was nothing wrong with the apartment

Pretty good place to live. I rely a lot on internet so I wish they had more available ISP's rather than just CableOne and finding parking is extremely difficult.
