Such a great place to get your flowers and other very nice things to choose from. I would recommend this place for anything you want, they can do excellent work. At any time.

Had to give this place 1 star just to post my comment. Been patronizing this place about 3 to 4 times a year for about 25 years. On May 17th I ordered a flower arrangement that was on the website only to get something that was totally unacceptable. The item was delivered to the prison and once my wife brought it home here in Houston, I was totally embarrassed of what I saw. I've never had a problem with any of my orders until now. I did call to complain and the lady said that she did not have all of the necessary items for that arrangement and she did the best with what she had. I wish I could post the mess she since in which she said was her best. And because she didn't offer to make it right, this will end our business together. She could have called me and told me that she didnt have what it took to make the arrangement......

We ordered my granddaughter's funeral flowers here this past weekend. They were absolutely beautiful  . The lady we worked with was amazing. We will definitely used her again.

Rhonda, at the Vineyard, did all the flower arrangements, center pieces, and bouquets for my wedding. She sat and worked with me on several occasions to do her best in ensuring all the flower arrangements would be perfect for my wedding.  She sent me flower samples, and color samples, and worked until she got the colors and flowers exactly how I had envisioned them. A few days before the wedding, the center pieces were not what I had envisioned, and she changed everyone of them and kept changing them until I was 100% pleased. She went above and beyond to make sure my wedding day was perfect and I couldn't have been happier.  My bouquet still looked beautiful when I returned home from the honeymoon! The centerpieces were beautiful, and the bouquets were perfect!

I asked for a 100$ arrangement of Alstroemeria’s including delivery for my moms 92 birthday. I have ordered them all across the US over 15 times because I’m so pleased with the display of a cheaper flower to purchase, the display of a huge vase, and most importantly they Last  for weeks. I asked that a picture be sent to me before delivery but that did not  happen. The caregiver sent me a picture when it arrived. I was embarrassed at what my mom received. It was small, equivalent to other arrangements in the 40-50$ range. I called and left a message on Sunday, but got no return call and phoned again the next week. The owner offered no compensation........only “I thought it was pretty and I’m sorry you were disappointed”.

I have known Rhonda for many  years and she never disappoints…My husband had my Valentine flowers delivered yesterday because I don’t work Fridays and he wanted me to be able to enjoy them.  They are perfect and the lady that delivered them yesterday in the cold, rain and wind couldn’t have been sweeter  I HIGHLY recommend your using this florist the next time you need flowers.

I requested an arrangement that made a “statement “ for a business grand opening. When I saw the arrangement in a “bud” vase I cried I was so disappointed. Knowing what I had paid for it, I could have done better at the local grocery floral department. I called back to state my disappointment and the reasoning was that it was so close to Valentines Day the selection was limited. Well— this grand opening was a BIG deal to our family and no one even noticed the flowers . I will not use this florist again.

Ordered my daughter some birthday flowers. On the delivery request. I asked for them to sing happy birthday. They did.made both of our days.

Completely terrible service I order a arrangement on January 23, 2021. I ordered the sun-kissed prairie arrangement $80.  The arrangement received on Monday January 25, 2021, was absolutely terrible. It was thrown together and on top of that it wasn't even what I ordered not even close. I called and explained that I received the wrong order she told me they probably ran out of what I wanted. I never received a phone call explaining that couldn't complete the exact order I paid for. I thought they were going to make it right by refunded part of my money then she told me the owner Rhonda doesn't want to do that. Probably the worst floral shop I have ever dealt with. So sad that a local shop has no customer service. Next time I'll stick with 1800 flowers they can complete a better arrangement for $80.
