I love the Walking Company, except I normally go to their Las Vegas location. Well today I walked all the way to the other side of the mall with the intention of buying shoes here but when I got there, Sarah I think was not too keen to help me. Well, at first she was when I was the only one in the store, although it took her a few seconds to show up. Then I asked her to bring me a pair of shoes, and when she came back out another lady was in the store, she just stopped to chat with her before she gave me my shoes and then proceeded to help her while I was standing there, waiting to get another pair because the one she brought had a problem. And she conveniently - or stupidly - forgot about me. How low of an IQ must you have to not understand the utter basics of customer service??? When I told her I'd come back, she said "oh are you sure?" I'd fire her on the spot if she worked for me. And yes I'm sure! I'd go back to the Vegas store and never bother with your store again.
