Customer service terrific and Walter did a fine job in providing my second pair of ECCO Track ll shoes.  He ordered the shoes and called me when they arrived in the store.  Very happy with Walter's patience in the fitting and making sure they were just right.  These shoes are completely waterproof. My first pair of ECCOs was also purchased at this store.
