These significant improvements, coupled with an energetically devoted staff, promise to deliver a hospitality experience - individualized and unique - sure to please the most savvy and well-traveled guest.

If you want the perfect venue for your wedding this is it. Not only is the hotel stunning, especially with all the renovations and modern touches, but the staff are fantastic and will do everything within their power to make sure your day is perfect. A special thank you to Leah and Domini for exceeding all my expectations and for making all our special requests come true. Thank you to Michael for providing only the best wines for our special day. Thank you to Joel for not only producing the most delicious dinner menu we have ever had, but for also making my mashed potato bar dreams come true (was a HUGE success!). If I have missed anyone I am sorry, we truly thank you all from the bottom of our hearts.

The rooms were gorgeous! The beds were unbelievable! Everything was amazing. My boyfriend had a rash breakout on his sensitive skin from the bleach they use to do their sheets but at least you know they are clean. The ballroom was beautiful and oh my god the food! The steaks were cooked to perfection but if you go, even if you're not vegetarian, I suggest you try the gnocchi in a mustard cream sauce, honestly one of the most delicious things I've ever eaten in my life (and I hate mustard). I will definitely stay here again. I may consider it for my wedding someday.

Rooms were small. Room we had was not what we booked. There was a beam on an angle in the middle of the room. Blocking the view of the TV from the bed on the one side. Other side you were watching TV from an angle. TV does not move from wall. Need to have it on an arm so it can be moved so both sides of the bed can see it. Maybe it was just us and most guests do not watch TV.

I own Hillier Photography in Waterloo and was very impressed with this venue. My clients hired me to photograph their wedding and the staff was amazing. Everything went so well and organized. Weddings can be chaotic at times and it all went so smooth. Food was amazing, and the rooms are amazing for before photos of the bride! I highly recommend having your wedding here.

Very cool, imaginative, creative, yet warm hotel. It was one a restaurant and dance venue from 1900, it had now been reinvented into a unique boutique hotel. Each room is different, but spacious, modern and clean. A personal touch, they left out a bag with my name on it and a recipe for hand roasted coffee pour over coffee. Worth a visit if you're in town.
