I have never been to Huck Finns before, as I live about 2 hours away. I called to see what they had in stock. The staff were all very helpful and knowledgeable about their products and prices. They left a note for the next shift, letting them know I would be coming in and looking for a specific area rug. Upon arrival, staff were very friendly and helpful. I got in and out quickly, which is what I like being a sole proprietor. I lost my receipt, called and asked if they could look it up and found it right away, and emailed it to me right after hanging up the phone. The rapid response is greatly appreciated! I am redoing my floors in my house next and also opening a new location! I will be back! Prices were great as well.

Bought an electric fireplace and sofa. The deliveries guys noted on the receipt , "repair or replace the couch" due to a defect (staples showing through and a small piece of displaced padding under the upholstery of the arms where they had dropped it when bringing it in). Over a year went by and I never heard back and cynically assumed they would not make good on it. Over a year later I was in the store again looking at several new items, I mentioned the couch to someone at the customer service desk . They immediately looked it up and reordered me a new couch and connected me with the manufacturer for the fireplace who corrected an unrelated issue separate from the couch. I am blown away by the quick call back I received in 24 hours from their people who freely admitted that the follow-up was misplaced from the original order. In a world where big box stores could not care less about customer satisfaction Huck Finn stood by their products with genuine concern and professionalism. We are looking forward to buying additional furniture from them this month.

I couldn't believe the huge selection of furnature, rugs and other things for your home they had to offer. The warehouse is spilt up into zones which makes it very easy to navigate your way through. Every section had super friendly and helpful associates and they are not all pushy. If you are looking for furniture I would definitely check it out.

It's fun to go here. You never know what you'll find. What I really like is that you can find what you're looking for in any price range. And now, you can take the kids to the old Hoffman's Playland

I bought a recliner in February 2017, it broke in April 2017. I called to see if they would replace it because it hadn't even been 90 days. They said no. I asked if I could speak to a manager and the guy Colin said that he was the manager and anything over 30 days wasn't their problem. I asked him if the company knew there was something wrong with the recliner and sold it anyway. He said " probably ". I will NEVER shop at this store ever again. I'm stuck with a broken $700 recliner.
