They responded to my call, but their labor rate is double the national average for their industry, which is $45-$55 / hour. Spent double what was necessary. Do your research & call someone else.

Very nice people but they over charge. I ordered a $79.00 tune-up which took a total of about 30 minutes. The tech reported that one sprinkler head was leaking and I told him to repair it and was charged an additional $108.00 for parts and an additional service call. The boss, Mr. Ross, said that was reasonable and I disagree. That rate works out to almost $400 and hour and I don't see how anyone would consider that reasonable.

When I booked the appointment I was told by the receptionist that the owner would be coming out to address my sprinkler issues. Instead, the technician that they sent out was shabbily dressed, a bit disheveled, and overall, lacked the professional demeanor that I am used to working with. Although I was pleased with the adjustments and replacements he made to some of the faulty sprinkler heads, I was disappointed in the price he quoted to repair an alleged leak near the manifold box and shut-off valve. Overall, the technician came across as being inexperienced and under qualified to effectively address my larger concerns. I did not have a lot of confidence in his assessment and the quote he gave.

actually called them last year had just purchased a house and 2 weeks after being there the sprinkler system wasn't working right.I searched for a sprinkler repair and found Water Elf. They scheduled someone to come out before i went out of town but (they rescheduled) when they finally got someone out with the 75 dollars charge they told me something was broken and somethig else wasnt working right they "fixed" what wasnt working right then asked if i wanted to go head and fix the sprinkler head for like 15-20 bucks i said ok.The total came to 260 dollars which i was a little annoyed but i paid it to get it over with. Month later my sprinkler system wasnt working right again i called and the owner im guessing came out and took a look he said yea the guy who came out misdiagnosed what was wrong and he would have to order the part and for the inconvience he said he would take off money and just charge me for the part no labor since i paid 260 last time and he would let me know when the part came in .So fast forward a week later i call he tells me the part is in and i asked him how much would it cost now and he said 400+!!!!!!! i said well what happened to the money you said you would take off? he said i never said that so then im sitting here like yes you did and he continued to deny it so refusing to pay 400 bucks after i just paid 260 i told him i would get back with him and i never did.Stay away.I took a chance and was disappointed.

Terrible. Showed up late for a leaky sprinkler head. Spent 5min diagnosing the problem then charged me over $200 to turn the water off to the sprinkler system. Said it would be another $285 to run the line and fix the head. $200...5min... Tech at the house also said the company would review the visit and might reimburse the call out fee of $85 because of shortened time but I never received a call back or a check. Call someone else
