I had a wonderful experience here looking at wedding dresses! Kasey was really helpful and even though I didn't know exactly what I wanted she pulled a ton of great choices based on a picture I showed her. Eveyrone in the shop was very sweet and knowledgeable.

I had a great experience here!! This is where I have ordered my dress and cannot wait to work with the great staff once it comes in! They were more than willing to let my rowdy bridesmaids roam around and pull dresses to try on for them while I tried on bridal gowns. It was so much fun. My consultant really made me feel comfortable and beautiful. She listened and wanted to make I liked the dress whether or not my friends and family liked it. I had a great experience buying a bridesmaids dress a few years ago and they continue to have great customer service. (Plus all the dresses were in my budget!)

We had a terrible experience. My daughter won a wedding dress at a show last year. She was able to pick a dress up to 1,000. We ordered the dress, went to pick it up and it was not the same dress. We had proof, pictures, and we had signed for the right dress. They claim we were told her original pick was discontinued and they said we picked the second dress. NEVER HAPPENED. We were treated very differently because we were not paying customers. End result, my daughter did not like the dress and now she has no dress for her wedding. They were not professional and said they would not help us get a dress that she liked. DON"T GO HERE.

WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER! I had an appointment first thing for a Saturday morning; it was dead. One would assume with the lack of other customers and there being at least three girls working, that we would have been waited on properly. I showed the girl a picture of what I wanted and she directed us over to the racks. Which to mention the selection was very, very slim. Which is ironic since the website stated that they had more dresses than any other store locally. We pulled all our own dresses. One of the customer service reps put the dresses in a rather large open room. There was only a few chairs and no dressing rooms. We weren't sure if that was the room to change in, so we waited....waited...and waited. Finally one of my girls went to see if they had went on break, since no one cared to direct us to what to do next. She gave us the okay to try on dresses and disappeared once again. Some of the girls felt uncomfortable dropping down to their panties in front of each other, so they didn't even try on dresses. All of my girls are rather small and as many know the dresses are always in bigger sizes. A few would try on the dresses while the others did the pinning to adjust the dresses. A job that should have been done by one of the customer service reps. I have never written a review online, ever. I have been SO FAR from a bridezilla and that's the honest truth. I felt robbed on the experience with my girls. We will be headed back to Alfred Angelo in Greece, NY to get their dresses. I was fortunate enough to go there for my dress and had THE BEST experience. It's sad because we did find the dress that I wanted at this location. I have ten bridesmaids and if they had done their job like they should have they would have had made a lot of money off of my party. My suggestion to them is to hire people who actually enjoy what they do. I know working on Saturday's suck. I did it for years but do your damn job!

The Wedding Dress seemed like a nice small town shop at first. The staff was friendly and not pushy. After that, however, everything went downhill. A couple of months before my dress was due in, I found out that my photographer was moving out of state the beginning of August. Part of my package includes bridal portraits. I immediately called the Wedding Dress to find out when my dress was expected to be in - end of June/beginning of July. I explained the photographer situation, along with the fact that I am taking the Bar Exam at the end of July, so I needed to make my portraits for the middle of July and would need the dress altered before then. I was told it wouldn't be a problem and that they would call as soon as the dress came in. About a month later, being an anxious bride, I called to see if they had a more definite time for the dress - beginning of July. I again explained my situation and again was told they would get my dress altered in time. July 1 - get the call that my dress is in. I AGAIN explain my situation, and they said ok let's get you in ASAP. I go for my fitting the next day and as my hem is being pinned I tell them my portraits are July 16 and they tell me that it would be impossible to get my dress hemmed (I only needed a hem) by then. Ok, so what if I move them to the following week? Nope can't be done. I ask why then, have I been told 3 times this wouldn't be a problem. I am told if my dress was satin, it would be possible but because my dress is lace it isn't. Their suggestions - either have no full length pictures taken, or stand on a pedestal so the dress is the proper length. Instead I found a seamstress, recommended by a different bridal shop, who was able to get the hem done in a week. NOW to top it all off, when I was in there for the fitting I ordered shoes that needed to be dyed and I was told it takes 10 days for them. They did not specify that the 10 days wasn't taking dying into consideration - yet they knew full well that my pictures are on the 16th and that hmmm, maybe I would like to wear the shoes in my pictures!!! I mean come on. I just called them, and they tell me the shoes are in but it will take a week before they are dyed and my pictures are in 2 days. I understand I have a special circumstance, but don't tell somebody you can do something and then not follow through. Perhaps LOOK to see what type of dress is involved.... not just ASSUME it is satin. We all know what happens when you assume...
