We were pretty disappointed to get here and learn that the spa and restaurant on site were closed. These were 2 of our major reasons for booking. Staff is all seasonal so nobody really has any personalized tips for enjoying the city. We got a standard room which was pretty small, not sure how they do in room massages. The gym is clean but not kept up well, they had a freezer full of wet wash clothes that was full of mildew/towels stunk. Positive is that it's right off a green slope and close to quick food. I'd book again only if it was peak season when everything should be open.

This place is awesome. Staff are amazing. Food is amazing. Environment is so beautiful.  They celebrated our wedding anniversary with us.. Just an amazing team and great place and NOT ONE BED BUG.. I will return

We stayed here for a week and it was wonderful! The staff is so kind, the rooms are so clean and comfortable, and there are so many amenities. We really appreciated how dog friendly the hotel was. We were able to bring our pups everywhere we went. There are lots of restaurants in walking distance along with hiking trails right off the hotel.

Good hotel in a great location. Rooms were great as well as the pool area and proximity to all snowmass attractions. Had problems with rooms keys multiple times including being locked out of my room for over an hour. Also had similar problems staying here the previous year. Hotel is also confusing to navigate.

This Westin is an older hotel and is a bit dated but is well maintained. Rooms are a little small but clean. The location is at the top of the Snowmass Gondola so you have easy access to the restaurants and shops adjacent to the hotel as well as the ones further down the mountain.  This would be a a great location for skiers at Snowmass. I'm here in the summer so it is a little far from Aspen for summer activities there.  All in all its a hotel I would stay at again when I'm in the area.
