The white carrot is an awesome resturant.  Andrew at the bar was so helpful getting us a bottle of wine.  Lauren the hostess was great.  She kept coming over and checking on us.  Then our waiter Jason was superior.   We got the chef tasting 7 courses.  Each was better then the one before.  I had the wine pairing with each course.  Just a wonderful experience.  I recommend the white carrot.

Spent an evening here to celebrate our engagement and could not have been more pleased. The staff were incredibly attentive and knowledgeable about the menu & wine list, the food was outstanding, and the setting is gorgeous. Will definitely go again the next time I'm in the Chautauqua area.

We loved it! We celebrated our 25th wedding anniversary and had a fantastic time. The meal prepared by Brian was unbelievably delicious. Our taste buds have been elevated to a new level.

I cannot say enough good things about this place - simply excellent. From the food, atmosphere, and service to the wine pairing selection and timing of courses - this was honestly one of the best dining experiences I have ever had. Whether you are visiting beautiful Chautauqua Lake for the summer, or live in the area year-round, you must make the White Carrot part of your dining experience. The food is simply phenomenal. Thanks White Carrot for an amazing meal!

The food was good, but I was disappointed by the service. In particular, we had one member of our party who doesn't eat "unusual" foods and asked for French fries. I guess the chef felt this was beneath him and refused to accommodate. This left a guest at the table with nothing to eat. Additionally, the wait staff wasn't fully knowledgeable about the menu and couldn't answer some questions that were asked. The staff also forgot to bring out a couple items throughout the evening and had to be reminded. All in all, an Applebee's experience at a Morton's price point.
