I went in as a walk in to get my gel nails removed and this is the second time I've been here and it's fairly empty. The owner takes me and I told her I have weak nails and she could careless. She was rough and she hurt me, and there was one nail giving her a hard time and I was pulling away because it hurt and she held on trying to force me to let her do her work. She never got the gel out, thank god because she probably would have rip my real nail off. She doesn't even polish my nails off and she she rushed me out the door...why take me in if you don't the time. Worst work ethic I have ever seen.
