We take our cat here for grooming. They also sell cannabis capsules for cats. Helped our kitty regulate his digestion. Owner is very knowledgeable, I prefer her advice over the vets on some issues. There's a small cat room where the cats are boarded but also has some cats for adoption. Clean, bright, and lovely place - makes me wish I was a cat so I can live there.

Absolutely fantastic service. Gave a bath for my long-haired cat who had fleas and cleared them all up. My cat is notoriously difficult to bathe at home, but this place handled her very well. She even got a cute little bow to wear when she was all done. I was also offered a flea spray that I can spray on both the cat and myself, which is something I've been looking for. On top of all this, the price is very reasonable and quite worth it, considering it removes the hassle and high risk of injury to myself. Cannot recommend this place highly enough.

I've been bringing my kitty here for grooming services for about a year. It's hard to find a cat groomer. So many places do dogs, but not cats.The staff is great! I also like how you can play with the boarding kitties while waiting for your baby to get dolled up! We've always left feeling very satisfied with our service. I highly recommend!

We were told it would take 60-90 minutes. After 120 we had no phone call or heads up. We called them asking for an ETA which they said 30 more minutes. After that still no phone call. Parked in front of the building for 5 minutes and noticed my cats carrier on the counter. We thought "there is no way he is done and just sitting there and we haven't been called". After 5-10 minutes I finally went inside and of course he was just sitting in the carrier ready to go, still no phone call at this point. I notify one of the employees that its my cat and I'm ready to leave. They get the owner who rings up my bill with no apology or acknowledgement that I waited significantly longer than quoted. Largely inconvenient. 2 stars because the grooming itself seemed fine and the storefront has quality pet food. The price was $60.

Edit:  I've moved from 2 to 4 stars. My main issue was the poor customer service which the owner had corrected, thank you. The grooming itself and storefront are good.
