I was lucky enough to have my wedding at this incredible location. Deb and her team are incredible, hard working, hilarious, and genuine people who are like family. You come here for the food and environment and stay for the incredible people. Prices are exactly where they should be and you definitely pay for memorable and delicious quality. I love The Wicked Eyed Woman and always enjoy eating and drinking here.

What happened to the quality of the food? When it first opened I called this place 'my new favorite restaurant'. I would treat myself out each week and bring a friend each time so they could try the expertly prepared and delicious food. The food doesn't taste as good anymore. Even the desserts which were said to be homemade and tasted like a expert made it have dwindled down to tasting like Betty Crocker cake mix and ready-made frosting. I agree with the other comments about the Sheppard's pie not tasting as good. The bread pudding I raved about to all my friends and colleagues is hit or miss (sometimes burnt and dry). Never like it was when they first opened. And the fresh produce which used to be bought locally from farms is now bagged lettuce bought from Kroger (as I was told on my last visit). My favorite place is no longer on my list of place to treat myself after a week of hard work. Sad, so sad.

Went out for a small bachelorette party. Stopped by here after dinner for a couple drinks. The bartender was nice and quite understanding when we requested the wrong drink, which I'll admit, was my fault for not looking over the menu properly. We went outside to smoke and sip our drinks. The owner (I'm guessing) came out of her apartment around 11:30 and was complaining about the clients saying she is "so done around 11:50-11:59" and hates when she comes in there close to closing time and they are still taking shots. She said she cuts them off at 11:58-59. I felt quite rushed outside when it was only 11:45pm or so. I didn't realize they close at midnight. But they were taking chairs in already and my friend and I were told to "behave" because she was going inside. I can't say anything about the food, or how it is otherwise. But as far as a bar scene, I wouldn't recommend it. There didn't seem to be much in the elizabethtown area, and I'm not really from here. But if I ever go out again I'll be traveling to Louisville.
