We lived here each night as the staff, service, music and atmosphere were simply fantastic. Max, Gabriel and Jordan were so patient with our large group. They had the best personalities and really made our experience phenomenal. Nothing but praise for the entire staff for making this such a great environment. Highly recommend getting there early to get a seat but we never had an issue waiting for a spot to open.
I went to the wine bar during spring break with my buddies and had a blast drinking our favorite wines and trying new ones. Oscar treated us like royalty and the hole staff was excellent. The wine selection is out of this world. I would definitely recommend this bar for anyone that likes the best wine and/or even if you just want a few drinks from the bar.
Before going here you should know that there are 2 different areas where you are allowed to sit depending on whether you are a guest of The Little Nell or not. If you are staying at the hotel, you can sit in the bougie, comfy lounge that is roped off and in the far end of the bar. If you are NOT a guest, you are told you can sit on hard, wooden, backless stools and still pay $35+ for a glass of wine. The wine and service was good, but we didn’t appreciate being treated like 2nd class citizens. We saw other groups walk out in disgust after being told they were not allowed to sit in the “special” area. Not a good policy.
Awesome, cozy, great service and every wine you could imagine!! The sommelier knows his wines and can recommend accordingly. The DJ spins vinyls to top it off! Will come again! can't wait actually.
Probably the single worst experience we've ever encountered. The wait and bar staff were wonderful. The manager on duty was nothing short of arrogant, belittling and down right rude. These are tough times right now for the hospitality industry and the last thing we wanted to do was to write this type of review but something had to be said. It was disgusting the way he treated his patrons. Instead of taking a tactful, respectful and accommodating approach to reminding people of the COVID guidelines he instead took a serious authoritative approach which caused several patrons including our party to end our night early. Someone with a lack of human decency and temperament like this should never be customer facing and frankly shouldn't be employed in hospitality because there was nothing hospitable about it. We will never visit this establishment or any establishment they own again.
Absolutely Phenomenal service and an unrivaled wine selection Oscar the sommelier was phenomenal and made the entire experience ultra entertaining. We had great wine and great times here. If I could have given it six stars I would have.
This place is the place to be if you like loud DJ music, people dance drink and get crazy nuts! After that ends at 7:30pm there is live music in the living room with Smokin Joe Kelly and Randall Utterback! Awesome Duo!!
It’s quite the scene - a bit plastic and I did not like my margarita at all and it was pricey26. Staff was friendly and attentive
Hanging happy hr style. DJ was decent. Actual room to maneuver. Brew list is limited but still a worthy spot to check out.
I'd post more pics... but you need to see for yourself!! Absolutely stunning views and the food is amazing and the party after is second to none
