I have always enjoyed my visits at the Woodhouse and constantly refer to others. However this last visit I had two different people for a facial and massage. When I left I immediately noticed my back was hurting and I developed a bump called a stye on my eye. Now this is a week later I'm still in pain and have this bump on my eye. I tried to call and tell them and see what I should do. All they did was tell me that it was probably allergies and I must have pulled a muscle getting in my car. Again very disappointed. Now I've been worried for days that something more serious is going on with my back, like my kidney or something because of the massage and going blind because of an infection possibly on my eye. Very disappointed and let down by their response and lack of compassion. Dont think I'll be going back.

Love it! Danielle did my wax... Atmosphere is serene, classy, and very relaxing. They offer amazing services, decently priced, take pride In there work, and the staff was pleasant. I am officially a regular now... Thanks...🖤

As the saying goes; the first time Shame on you but a 2nd time Shame on me. I haven't been back for awhile but was invited by a close friend who just got engaged to visit with her for a service.  I chose a massage service that included a couple items including a body scrub and full body massage. The absolute Single characteristic I look for in a spa visit is relaxation which is the last thing I experienced.  I've had many massages in the past and the best I've experienced are a balance where you are being massaged but it's almost like you are alone in the room. The therapist melts away in the background. NOT the case here. I wouldn't be surprise if the therapist I had was new to the job.  If she wasn't then she needs some continuing education.   The entire process was rushed and every motion and action she took was fast, jerking, and disruptive to relaxation. I did mention this as I left and the staff was apologetic but I wasn't looking for anything because I had already made the decision to. Ever return. 

Previously I had issues others mentioned in reviews. I used to visit every 6 weeks for a waxing service for over 3 years. In many cases I was asked to move or adjust my appointment but the single time in 3years I had to cancel an apply because of a vomiting child I was charged a fee. I understand the need to do that but 1 time in 3 years when Ive been asked to do the same by them was unacceptable. Plus the young lady I saw lost a long term client. On top of that they charged a credit card Never authorized them to use. That means Woodhouse is storing my Card info which is a Fraud Risk. 

I wish them luck but they need to improve in several aspects.

It's a beautiful experience at the Woodhouse! I had champagne before my massage and my therapist was absolutely wonderful!
