We met Priyanka when I called her about one of her listings. She called me back right away and met me at our now "perfect home" She is so genuine and extremely professional. We felt right at home with her and even though she was working for the sellers, we felt very confident she was working just as hard for us too. We have worked with many realtors over the years but I can honestly say, she is above and beyond 5 stars. We recommend her highly. She has a heart of gold. And I was not surprised to hear that she runs a pet sanctuary for disabled animals. She works just as hard for the animals as she does for all her clients. She is truly a one of a kind and now a lifelong friend to us.

We bought our house through Priyanka and we love her! She is always a quick text or phone call away and made finding a house as painless as possible. I initially called her when I was moving to Houston from out of state. I told her I needed to tour some houses that weekend to find a rental property that could accommodate 3 dogs. Most realtors would tell me that it’s not possible but she delivered and we got into a beautiful home right in the area we wanted with a large backyard for the dogs. Naturally, when we were ready to purchase a home, she was our first call. She treats her clients like family, is very knowledgable about the Houston area, is attentive to our needs, and made sure we got the right house at a fair price. She is a great negotiator, pays attention to the details, and it’s apparent that her goal is to make sure we will be happy with our home, not just to get the quickest sale. Priyanka has a lot of experience with investment properties and this was very valuable for us because she was able to show us homes at both ends of our budget and helped us find a home that she felt would be the best investment so that we can eventually sell for a profit. She was straightforward with us when she felt a house wasn’t worth the price or if it was in a potential flood zone. For example, when we first started looking at areas, we fell in love with an area near The Woodlands that she later advised us against because it had a reputation of flooding. I’m so happy that we listened to her because it ended up flooding during hurricane harvey. She and her assistant, Michelle, work so hard and truly care for their clients. Plus, she brought a cake to the closing meeting to celebrate!  I love our first home and I will definitely recommend her to anyone who needs a caring and thorough realtor.

Priyanka is the realtor, and friend, you've been looking for! When my family decided to relocate to a new area of Houston, we reached out to Priyanka and she quickly became our friend and advocate in the process. She has been a blessing in our life in every step of the way! Instead of just helping us buy a house, she took the time to introduce us to the area and helped us consider how we wanted to live before jumping into a purchase. Once we found what we wanted, her savvy negotiations got us an awesome deal! She's skillful and personable, and she worked tirelessly on our behalf. She always protected our interests, and whenever we talked with her or were with her we felt like her priority. She helped us buy a house, sell a house, and goes above and beyond in smoothing the hiccups along the way with turning this house into our home. I wholeheartedly recommend her!

Priyanka Johri and her assistants at Woodland Eco Realty are amazing. I started looking for my first home spring 2016 with her help around the Woodlands. 
I was a novice but she was patient and professional in answering all my questions and sharing her knowledge of real estate with me to help ME make the best decision. She was not only a broker but an excellent agent who wanted me to find a place I like at the best price.
She is easy to contact and responds very quickly, which helped a lot during hot season when houses were being listed and sold in a day. 

In addition, after I bought my house she still follows up, giving advice on setting up services, recommending professionals, and answering my questions about taxes and fees. She is a wonderful resource for a new homeowner navigating my responsibilities.

I would definitely recommend her, and plan to seek her realtor services again when I buy/sell property in the future.

Priyanka Johri and Woodlands Eco Realty were really a blessing to me. I'm a millennial and a first time home buyer. Priyanka was patient and took the time to educate me on the home buying process. She never made me feel like I was a burden or like I was wasting her time. She always had my best interest in mind when looking at homes. I learned a lot from her. She was respectful, professional and yet personable. After working with her I know I can trust her because she genuinely enjoys helping people. I highly recommend her to anyone who needs her services.  You will not be disappointed.
